Walkthrough[]
The first part here is sabotaging six of Toothpick's posters. To find each poster, just follow the waypoints. The first poster is located straight ahead of Sly. Dispatch the guard patrolling around it, then press 
and Sly will sabotage it. To get to the second poster, turn around and hop over some railroad tracks. From there, go right and you'll find the poster on a small building near a flashlight guard. To find the third poster, turn around and walk down the power line to a red barn. Drop down and you'll find it. To find the fourth poster, go left and follow a path until you approach a bouncy cart. Bounce up to the roof and then jump down to the side of the building with blue and white curtains. The fifth poster is located on a building just a block away from where the final poster will be, which is a wall next to Kit-ll-Kaboodie.
The next task is to swipe Toothpick's Cuban lollipop from a safe located across town. Follow the waypoint over there and swipe it. After that, head to the waypoint to start the third and final task. Sly will now need to climb the ropes to Toothpick's banner and knock the clothespins off of it to get rid of it. Once this is accomplished, Sly will get tossed in jail, completing the mission.
