Treasure keys are a type of loot found in Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus. Each member of the Fiendish Five, excluding Clockwerk, has hidden most of them in trophy cases in the far corners of their environments.
Sly begins a mission that ends near a way to the hub, in which he does a little moving to get there. The first key is near the end of the zone's starting area. Keys are earned for reaching the end of an area, or they can be earned as a prize. Three to four keys grants access the other half of the hub, while seven keys will grants access to the boss's main quarters.
There are two different types of missions in the game in which Murray has to obtain a key instead. One involves Sly using a blaster to defend Murray as he runs for the key. Another one involves Murray winning a three-lap race in the van to obtain the key as the prize. There are four missions in total for Murray.
