The Talk of Pirates is a mission for Sly in Episode 5: Dead Men Tell No Tales of Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves.

ObjectiveEdit

Locate and talk to Black Spot Pete to learn where he hid Remy Lousteau's diving gear.

How to CompleteEdit

Talk to Black Spot Pete. He won't talk to you, but he will talk to his late friend Cantankerous Tim.

Lure Stone Jake under an anchor by whacking the palm trees. Drop the anchor on his head and claim the eyepatch.

Take out the second lieutenant's guards (Silent Obliteration and Shadow Power Level 2 helps here), then unscrew his peg leg and claim it.

Find Twitchy Ned in a crow's nest and chase him down. He'll hand over the hat without problems afterwards.

Assign the Pirate Disguise as a power-up, don it, and talk to Pete. You'll get into a duel of insults. Here's the catch: You can't repeat what was said before from either you or Pete; plus you're timed, so think fast. After six rounds, he'll reveal that the gear was stolen by a man named Captain LeFwee. Once the conversation is over, it's job complete.

NotesEdit

• After you've got the full Cantankerous Tim disguise, if you head up to Black Spot Pete and you don't have your disguise on, it will result in a job fail.
