After the Cooper Gang rescued Murray in Prague, The Contessa was forced to flee to her castle estate, which she inherited when her husband died, and was pursued by Sly and the gang because they learned that the Contessa was a secret member of the Klaww Gang in possession of the Clockwerk Eyes. She used the eyes to hypnotize Carmelita in the castle's Re-Education Tower which is situated in the highest tower of the castle.

It is guarded by tanks, a boat, a blimp and the Contessa's usual Werewolf, Vampire Bat and Vulture guards and is surrounded by water. Once The Contessa was arrested, the castle was abandoned.

Appearance

The castle has a Gothic appearance. Its yard holds a cemetery, towers and crypts, and was built near an abandoned village which is also by the waterfront.
