This page seems a little messy and a lot of trivia is either repetitive, lengthy, or unnecessary for the article and one or two could just be incorporated into the article itself. Anyone want to help or suggest clean up ideas to give this article higher quality? (Forgon the Forgotten 23:39, December 12, 2010 (UTC))
I'll try an edit and if its unsatisfactory, feel free to change it and edit it yourself. (Forgon the Forgotten 00:37, December 13, 2010 (UTC))
Alright, I began editting the article and I am still working on changing some quotes so they match the others in the correct format and I need some one to read over my edits and help me correct any mispellings or misuse of conjugation in the page. I also need someone to add the necessary links to other articles like the first mention of Sly and Conner Cooper and Mz Ruby and the Panda King. (Forgon the Forgotten 02:27, December 13, 2010 (UTC))
Alright, I'm assuming Zako11 put this in since he's the last one to edit this page but where and when has Clockwerk ever stated being 7000 years old? I'll pull out my old ps2 and play the level again but unless I have a source or hear it myself, this will be removed. Also, at least discuss it first before putting it in and check your grammar first, that entire sentence doesn't even belong in the beginning of his biography page. If anything, it should be trivia since it could just be part of his mindless rambling while repairing himself (he does quote on quote say "I am... been selling... flowers...") so theirs no real proof to this being correct. Clockwerk and Technology
How could someone like Clockwerk, who was alive during Slytankhamen II's time, have acquired the technology to become immortal? ScorpionTail 20:28, May 26, 2012 (UTC)
Because it isn't technology that made him immortal. It is a "steady diet of jealousy and hate".

This is just a theory, but do you think that Penelope supplied the technology to Clockwerk? It would make sense. In Sly 4 there was a mix of technology in time periods that didn't really fit properly. Penelope said that she had always hated Sly, do you think that she hates him so much (and all thieves for that matter) that she would make a creature just to hunt him and his ancestors down. It would bring the entire series back a full circle and make a whole lot of sense. Penelope left off hating them and she has full access to a potential time machine so she could've struck a deal with Clockwerk, she gives him immortality if he kills the Coopers.Michael Molina239093 (talk) 03:43, September 12, 2013 (UTC)

Hi all. Before a potential edit war breaks out, I want to address the issue with the main image -- that is, the image in the Infobox. There's been some subtle debates about which image should be used inside the infobox (currently this one's in place). I'm not sure which image would be more valid, but to be honest, I'm not even sure of the source of the current image - it's almost too much of an artist's rendition to be counted as official, as far I can tell. If there is an official source on that image, please mention so here. Otherwise the image from the cutscene is the best one to put inside.
If you have a better image or feel like there needs to be more discussion about which image should be inside the infobox, please respond to this discussion. Again, this is to stop any potential edit warring from happening. Thanks.
I can confirm that the artwork is official, I personally pulled it from the sly collection walkthrough. Though I do think the artwork is a tad... Dated. The problem here is that this is the only official artwork for the character, for the first game no less, the fact that the character has made appearances after the first THevius Raccoonus complicates things. I probably should have started a discussion before I edited, and for that I apologise. Also I'm currently writing on an ipad that's why there's no space between my edit here.--Hellfire101 (talk) 07:29, December 19, 2013 (UTC)
Here's my opinion: Why settle for concept art when there are a plethora of possible images from the actual games? Isn't the point of an infobox image to represent the character in their most recognizable likeness? Most concept art just doesn't do that, but with the huge amount of possibilities from in-game you're sure to find one from there that does. So I would be in favor of using in-game images over concept art (for all characters, not just Clockwerk). SC199 (talk) 21:57, December 19, 2013 (UTC)
