Jump Attack Level 2 is a power-up that can be upgraded from Jump Attack (Level 1), and can be further upgraded to Jump Attack (Level 3). The button sequence is . Sly does a flip in the air while shocking the enemy. A shockwave will occur shortly after the enemy is attacked. Any nearby enemies will be knocked out, and if Sly is close enough, he will also sustain damage from the shockwave.
