+ | '''Jailbird Guards''' (a.k.a Paulie Shackles) were enemy guards [[Sly]] encountered in [[Mesa City]]. They were grey basset hounds that wore an orange jumpsuit and gold necklaces with a "$" sign on them. Their weapon of choice was the ball-and-chain shackled to their ankle, which they used as a flail to swing at their enemies. If used in succession, they would laugh while swinging their ball-and-chain before accidentally hitting themselves with them. If they couldn't find any intruders, they would spend hours gnawing on their chains whilst keeping an eye out for the law. |
