This is one of Penelope's gadgets used in Blood Bath Bay. She used it to download data that contained info about Reme Lousteau's diving gear. One of Lefwee's men shot it down when it finished collecting the data. During the mission, Penelope mentions that she programmed her tools to self-destruct if it was shot down or picked up. It resembles a flying cheese wedge. It also makes the same sound as The Contessa when she is hypnotizing.
She picks up the data with her RC car during the mission so that her RC car can download the rest of the data to the location on Reme Lousteau's diving gear map.
