The Fake Mustache is a large bronze imperial style mustache that was created from a mold, though according to its description, it is made from "the finest donkey hair."
Location
Just southwest of the safe house, by the train tracks, are dummies that you must use the Sabertooth Costume to leap to. After the dummy is a wire that you must walk across. A mine shaft goes into the wall, and at the end is costume door where the treasure is located. You have approximately 45 seconds to get the treasure back to the safe house.
