Brian George (Hebrew: בריאן ג'ורג') is a British-Israeli voice actor who provided the voice for Salim al-Kupar.
Brian George was born in Jerusalem to Jewish parents on July 1, 1952. Both of his parents had immigrated to Israel from India. When Brian was a year old, the family immigrated to London. In 1966, the family moved to Toronto and he attended public high school, followed by the University of Toronto, where he became involved in theater. George left before graduation and formed an unsuccessful theater group. He joined The Second City and his career in acting and voice-over work has flourished ever since.
He is often a voice actor for Indian accents, who typically plays guest roles for characters of South Asian descent. Perhaps his most famous roles are Pakistani restaurateur Babu Bhatt on Seinfeld and the New Delhi gynecologist father of Rajesh Koothrappali on The Big Bang Theory.
